COMPENSATION
TNP has negotiated top quartile commission arrangements with all the major insurers that we support. We do not take a percentage of your commissions nor do we "clip the ticket" as it is, sometimes, called. All advisers in TNP get overall better remuneration terms than they could by trading by themselves..
All compensation that you earn, i.e., Base Commission and Volume bonuses, are yours and it is paid directly to you by the companies you are writing for. Your renewal and servicing commission is yours as well. Your commissions do not flow via TNP and then to you.
INDEPENDENCE
Advisers value their independence. They have worked hard for it and that will not be compromised while working with TNP. All advisers aligned to TNP are free to deal with whomever they want. Adviser practises can still continue to operate under their own brand.
FULLY SUBSIDIZED GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE
When you join TNP, you are given the opportunity to join our Group Health Cover and get excellent and very competitive rates for your families and other staff members. This also includes coverage for all pre-existing conditions.
FREE GROUP ACCIDENT DEATH COVER
Members will receive $50,000 of Death by Accident cover through Dorchester Life.
EQUITY SHARE
All TNP members qualify for an equity share in TNP. The terms and conditions of the equity scheme is reviewed annually.
